DMCA / Copyright Policy
Operational draft. Last updated May 20, 2026.
Normal CueIQ YouTube evidence is public-link-only: embeds, timestamp links, source metadata, detections, and annotations. Hosted clips require licensed or owned rights.
Takedown Requests
Rights holders may request removal or blocking of specific source URLs, hosted clips, thumbnails, annotations, or analysis records by emailing support@cueiq.io with enough information to identify the work and the allegedly infringing material.
Required Notice Details
- Rights holder name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- URL or CueIQ record to review.
- A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and the sender is authorized to act.
Workflow
CueIQ will mark disputed sources as needs_review, blocked, or takedown_requested, and will stop promoting blocked sources into paid surfaces. Repeat infringement or bad-faith upload behavior may result in account termination.
